This collector's resin miniatures set can be used to upgrade the board game and are scaled to fit. This set features alternate poses of the Normandy crew than those found on the plastic miniatures in the board game.
A capable all-rounder, COMMANDER SHEPARD makes the squad more than the sum of its parts. GARRUS VAKARIAN grants the squad several options for powerful, precise ranged attacks. Defensive powerhouse URDNOT WREX is a master of close-ranged combat. LIARA T’SONI unleashes powerful biotic effects to predict, negate and impede enemy actions. TALI’ZORAH NAR RAYYA fights alongside her faithful combat drone, CHATIKA VAS PAUS, sabotaging defenses and unlocking doors.
This set contains six 32mm scale multipart, high-quality resin miniatures with optional parts and plastic bases. Requires some assembly. Supplied unpainted.

The minis are a nice complement to the board game, which is a fantastic addition to our library. My wife is a huge fan of the video game series. I'm kind of luke warm on it, but we both agree this tabletop game is a blast.
The basic game mechanics will be familiar to anyone who's played Gloomhaven or other dungeon bash games like that. You'll play a single character from the Normandy (or multiple characters, if you're running with fewer than 4 players) through a short campaign of 3-5 missions. It does have some replayability that I think will keep us going through several playthroughs - you can mix and match different encounters so that no two playthroughs will be quite the same. Likewise, your group composition and level-up paths can be varied to keep it interesting.
All in all, this one's a winner, whether you're a fan of the franchise or not.
