Orders placed at Modiphius.net ship from different warehouses depending on your region or country: 

If your delivery address is in the EU, your order will ship from within the EU, and no additional import duties or tariffs will be charged. 

• If your delivery address is in North America, your order will ship from within the US. US customers will not have to pay additional import duties or tariffs. Customers in Mexico and Canada may incur additional local import charges, which you will be responsible for paying. 

• If your delivery address is in the UK, your order will ship from within the UK. UK customers will not have to pay additional import duties or tariffs. 

• If your delivery address is anywhere else in the rest of the world (ROW), outside of the EU and North America, your order will ship from the UK and may incur additional local import charges that you are responsible for paying.

The shipping cost will be added to your order at the checkout and is calculated based on the destination of your order and the weight of the products ordered. 

It usually takes up to two working days for your order to be dispatched, depending on when you place your order. Please note the warehouses do not work at weekends and orders placed over the weekend will start processing until the Monday. During busy periods, it can take up to seven working days for stock orders to be dispatched. 

Preorders product pages will give an estimate of shipping dates. If this date changes due to unforeseen delays we will contact you to let you know and confirm an updated shipping date.

Shipping Time Estimates 

• UK orders, shipping within the UK, should be delivered within 1-2 working days of dispatch. All other orders shipped from the UK, should be delivered within 5-10 working days of dispatch. 

• US orders, shipping within the US, should be delivered within 5 days of dispatch. We expect to deliver Canadian and Mexican orders within 1-2 weeks, depending on your location. Based on the time of the year, this can extend to 2-3 weeks, for example, during bad weather conditions. 

• EU orders, shipping within the EU, should be delivered within 2-4 working days of dispatch depending on the country and location.

VAT and Custom Duties

DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) – Orders sent outside of the UK, USA, and EU

All orders sent outside the UK, USA, and EU are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis and may be subject to local customs import duties, which are charged on the value of the purchase. Payment of these fees is the sole responsibility of the customer. 

Payment of any such import duty is necessary for the release of your order from customs on arrival in your country. It is the customer's responsibility to pay import duties.

DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) – Refusal to pay charges – Returns Policy

If you refuse to pay any import duty levied against your shipment, Your shipment may be either destroyed by customs or returned to Modiphius. In case of return, some couriers (DHL) charge Modiphius return shipping and a penalty fee (for not paying taxes). In this case, we cannot issue a refund for your order.
