Take your first steps into Fallout’s Wasteland, in this quickstart guide to a miniature adventure wargame, playing solo in your first campaign turn and combat encounter. Fallout: Wasteland Warfare brings post-nuclear America to the tabletop, complete with miniatures and all the rules to play out apocalyptic combat in 32mm scale.

With the Warbands Quickstart, you will be introduced to the core mechanics of the game, both on and off the table. With a warband of pre-generated wastelanders, you’ll be guided through the first round of a game before being in full control over the action on the tabletop. Use the Quickstart’s campaign faction and opposition tables, as well as the pre-generated warband to experience your first bit of exploration, playing a scavenger hunt scenario against a random assortment of Survivors and Super Mutants.

To use this Warbands Quickstart guide, you will need:

• Something to use for search, activated, and shock/injury tokens
• Several 12-sided dice to use in place of official game dice
• Miniatures to stand-in for the pre-generated units
• A tape measure
• A 2 ft. x 2 ft. play space
• Paper and a pen/pencil
