Shipping & payment

All orders are sent from the UK. The delivery cost will be added to your order at the checkout and is calculated by the destination of your order and the weight of products ordered. Please note that orders over 2kg are automatically sent by courier. 

It can take up to seven working days for stock orders to be dispatched. 

Pre-Orders will give an estimate of shipping dates. If this date changes due to unforeseen delays we will contact you to let you know and confirm an updated shipping date.

Orders to the UK should then be delivered within 1-2 working days of dispatch. Orders to the USA from dispatch should be delivered within 3-4 working days of dispatch. All other orders should be delivered within 5-10 working days of dispatch. I'M IN THE EU, HOW DOES BREXIT AFFECT MY ORDER?

All tracked and untracked orders with a total value up to 150 Euros to EU countries are shipped via IOSS meaning Modiphius pays duties and customs charges. The customer should not be asked to pay such charges if the order is below the 150 Euro threshold.

 

VAT and Custom Duties

DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) – Orders sent outside of the European Community

All orders sent outside of the UK, USA and EU are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis and may be subject to local customs import duty which is charged on the value of the purchase. Payment of these fees is the sole responsibility of the customer. 

Payment of the duty charge is necessary for the release of your order from customs on arrival to your country. It is the customer's responsibility to pay duties.

DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) – Refusal to pay charges – Returns Policy

If you refuse to pay any import duty levied against your shipment, Your product maybe either destroyed by customs or the shipment returned to Modiphius Entertainment. In case of return, DHL charges Modiphius return shipping and penalty fee ( for not paying taxes). In this case we can not refund your order.
