Sales Executive
We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive to support clients and manage sales activities. The responsibilities of the Sales Executive include maintaining client relationships, overseeing the sales process, and acting as a point of contact. This role will report to the Sales Manager and Managing Director.
To be successful as a Sales Executive, you should demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, knowledge of the tabletop gaming industry, and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once. Ultimately, a quality sales account manager should demonstrate great customer service skills, strong business acumen, and problem-solving skills.

Salary: £24,000 - £26,000, per annum (depending on experience); benefits include generous holiday including birthday off every year, annual discretionary bonus, flexible working. Work laptop provided and other essentials.

Responsibilities
- Actively reach out to customers and respond incoming correspondence in a timely manner.
- Resolve issues affecting customer orders.
- Liaise regularly with Modiphius Operations Team to manage orders through the system.
- Compile and send sales order form to customers.
- Assist other departments with queries or sales analysis.
- Help ensure orders are processed correctly, out of stock items removed from orders and that the finance team has correctly invoiced customers.
- Report potential problems to appropriate staff.
- Acquire and maintain own knowledge of the company’s product lines to better deal with all of the above.
- Travel to select conventions to meet and manage relationships and close sales.

- Helpful and professional manner.
- Broad knowledge of Modiphius’ product lines.
- Strong written and spoken English.
- General computer literacy is essential, but experience with the following will be advantageous: Freshdesk (or similar email ticketing systems), Google Suite, Monday.com, Shopify (or other webstore platforms).
- Organised and able to manage own workload alongside other members of the team.

Production Operative - Cornwall
We are seeking a motivated hard-working individual to join our growing team of resin figure manufacturers. We work in a quality driven environment and require someone with a high attention to detail to assist within the resin casting process.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Demoudling of cast resin parts.
- Quality control, checking cast parts.
- Achieving daily quota's of produced parts.
- Assembly of finished products.
- Assisting with the daily running of moulds.
- Opportunity available to learn the moudling and casting process
Workshop based in Lostwithiel in Cornwall, England all skills and training provided but existing knowledge of mould making and table top gaming is a great bonus. You must be based near Liskeard or willing to relocate to apply to the role (please indicate this in your application), and must have the legal right to work in the UK.
