Constructed in the mid to late 2070s, Sanctuary Hills was a small suburb of the larger town of Concord, which was built on a small island reached by a wooden footbridge and made up of some 14 prefabricated homes.  In the aftermath of the Great War, the conurbation was abandoned and became neglected with many of the homes collapsing due to the ravages of time and becoming nests for pests like radroaches and bloatflies. This surviving example is typical of the dilapidated houses in Sanctuary Hills and comes with detailed interior dressing and the option to 3D print its removable roof.

Please see images for further details. Please note that some of the optional files included will require a larger print bed.

    An Excellent Package, Easily Printable

I've printed out a lot of the 3D models available for Fallout from Modiphius, and this one is by far the best -- it is easy to print, easy to assemble, and most importantly, can all be done well on a standard FDM (filament) printer.

In a big change from the preserved Red Rocket, all the roof parts can be printed on a 22cm x 22cm print bed, which seems like it is the most common. All the parts fit well, and the detail is excellent, particularly with the dressing.

While this set will take up a lot of time on your printer, I was able to get it all done successfully in about 12 days using an Ender 3 V2 and an Ender 3 V2 Neo.

The end product is well worth it -- a major piece of terrain (about 20 inches by 20 inches) that looks spectacular and can serve as a focus for the game. In addition, given the interlocking nature of the wall pieces, alternate designs can easily be constructed if you are looking to build a multi-structure neighborhood. Only thing I would like to have seen would have been pieces for a car port, common on the houses in Fallout 4.

Overall, a major project, but really a bargain at the price and well worth the time of anyone with a reasonable degree of experience with a printer.
