The Klingon Empire Core Rulebook, Revisited

A Klingon monk of Boreth gave me a moment with a time crystal, and I briefly recalled our 2019 release schedule. Now, with the release of the game’s second edition, we’re taking the opportunity to update material we weren’t able to include in the second edition core rulebook and supplements. This month, just in time for the holidays, we’re releasing the conversion document for The Klingon Empire core rulebook!

If you missed The Klingon Empire core rulebook the first time around (the PDF remains available for sale on the Modiphius webstores and DTRPG), the core rulebook was a top-down revision of the core rulebook. It provided the core ruleset, a wealth of information on the Klingon Empire, new Klingon spaceframes, and a huge variety of Klingon character statistics from across the Star Trek timeline. In addition, the core rulebook offered statistics for a variety of NPCs from other civilizations, including the Federation, Romulan Star Empire, Ferengi Alliance, Borg Collective, and more.
Nathan Dowdell, the 2d20 Systems Developer, took the opportunity to revise the game components of the book that did not make it into second edition and compiled that information into a document, which we now provide to you, free of charge. The final PDF is also part of the download package for the book on the webstores. If you’ve already bought the book, you should receive the free download right away. If not, reach out to support@modiphius.com, and they will sort it out.
