Fallout Friday November 21st

Fallout Friday November 21st

By Samantha Webb

Hello guys and ghouls!

Welcome back to #FalloutFriday, our monthly update of all our Fallout tabletop game goodness. Normal service has resumed, after April left the team last month - best of luck to her, and please join me in thanking her for diligently putting these updates together for you each month.

What’s New?

Gulpers

A walking mouth covered in scales, Gulpers watch their prey from trees or bogs as they wait for their moment to pounce. Even younger Gulpers are of fearsome size, with adult Gulpers growing to a size larger than a human. As if a ‘regular’ Gulper were not fearsome enough, some change into Glowing Gulpers. Nastier and meaner than its peers, they can be identified at a glance by the green hue of their skin.

Gulpers are available to pre-order now.

Angler

Evolution was given somewhat of a boost by the aftermath of the atomic bombs. Fish like the Angler have grown to a larger size, along with appendages that allow them to traverse dry land. The power of their jaws is paired with an animal cunning, the Angler using the growth on their head to hide amongst the reeds surrounding their wetland home. All the better to lure their prey into their waiting maw…

The Angler is available to pre-order now!

Hermit Crab

The sight of a Lobster Grill Family Restaurant truck is, sadly, more of a cause for concern than the promise of a nice, warm meal. Particularly on the island, those trucks more often than not contain a huge, mutated hermit crab. Now many times too large to hide in a shell, these beasts strike their foes down with enormous pincers. The trick to fighting them is striking their weak point, although Wanderers may find achieving a sufficient amount of damage to lay this beast low a challenge…

The Hermit Crab is available to pre-order now!

Hollywood Icons

A new set of 5 Hollywood Icons celebrates season one of the Fallout Amazon live-action show, with new resin sculpts of Wedding Night Lucy complete with bandolier and syringer, Lee Moldaver in an iconic pose with her laser pistol, Maximus out of his power armor with a 10mm pistol, Thaddeus the Squire carrying a very heavy kit bag, and the smug grin of Hank McLean.

The Hollywood Icons are available to pre-order now!

Coming Soon!

Side Quests Stream

This Friday we have the first part of a two-parter, based on the Royal Flush RPG sidequest content. With familiar faces from the community, we’re live from 5pm GMT on twitch.tv/modiphius November 21st and 28th.

Royal Flush Shipping Soon

Copies of the Fallout RPG campaign Royal Flush have just hit the UK shores, and will be shipping from our UK warehouse very shortly! We’re still making arrangements for US stock to be shipped from the UK to our US warehouses, so US fulfilment of the book will follow in approximately 2 months.

PDF copies of the campaign book will be on sale at the end of this month, so keep your eyes peeled on our webstore and DriveThruRPG.

Old Longfellow

Everyone in Far Harbor knows the weathered Old Longfellow, either by tales of his bushcraft or through his enjoyment of a whiskey. The bottle may be the best way to acquire use of his skills, as Old Longfellow has become somewhat of a recluse in his twilight years. Once he is on your side though, this keen hunter will bring his wits and deadly aim to your treks across the Island.

Old Longfellow will be available to purchase in January 2026.

Trappers

Like a barnacle attached to the side of a ship, the Trappers won’t be leaving the Island any time soon. Farmsteads surrounding Far Harbor have gradually been picked clean by them. Salvaging their arms and armor from the wrecked ships littering the coast; these devious hunters seem to have an affinity for the Fog. Using it to their advantage, the Trappers always ensure that their prey shall not see them until it is too late…

The Trappers miniatures set, containing 6 Trapper Raiders, will be available to purchase in January.

Trappers: Big Fish

Three individuals are making waves within what the Trappers have for a community. Bilge stands at the helm of the MS Azalea, leading his crew out to claim whatever flotsam the area has to offer. He is armed with a cruel harpoon gun and decked out in one of the few power armor suits, making Bilge a dangerous foe. Malcolm is more of a reclusive sort, having long given themselves over to the whims of the Fog to quell his hunger for ‘talking meat’. Finally, Douglas is a sharpshooter with few equals from within his own peers. No warning and little chance of survival are the only guarantees when entering his sights…

The Trappers “Big Fish” set, including Bilge, Douglas, and Malcolm, is available to order from January.

Pre-order the Fallout: Factions Crew Folio in December

Coming to pre-order really soon: this is the Fallout: Factions Folio! A tome that collects the additional material for Fallout: Factions that was published on the Modiphius website, along with revised content from the Battle for Nuka-World start set and brand-new ways to expand your fast paced skirmish games! Even if you have seen some of this material before, you would not have seen it like this!

Including new definitions of Control and Reach campaigns, control quest lines for the four crews from the Fallout: Factions rulebook, new subfactions, five updated crews first published on the Modiphius website, along with a brand new crew helmed by the fearsome Mechanist, companions, and a collection of Legends of the Wasteland, this book is going to be full to the margins with new Fallout: Factions content.

You can pre-order the Folio from December.
